Our martial arts program is second to none with programs geared age specific. "Ninja Stars", our entry program for ages 3 & 4. "Lil Dragons", a transition program for ages 5 - 7. Our "Kids Program", ages 8 - 14, will take your child to Jr. Black Belt. Having fun, getting fit, learning how to defend themselves and to become "abduction proof" - while gaining self confidence, discipline, respect and more.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting which teaches that a smaller person can successfully defend against a bigger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds.
