Sensei Holly brings a smile to every class!  She creates a fun and exciting class for all ages!

- Started training at the age of 6 and has over 15 years of training experience

- Holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt

- Has competed in local and international tournaments

Her favourite part of martial arts: staying physically fit and learning how to stand up to and defend yourself against bullies!  Sensei Holly focuses on developing her students physically and mentally.  We are proud to have her as an instructor at our school!
